A Legacy, Not Landfill

We are the Glass Wars Alliance.
Our superpower is regenerative circularity.

Events like Mardi Gras are economic juggernauts
but
ecological
liabilities.

Ecological collapse = Economic collapse.

There is only one sustainable choice:

Wage War for the Coast

The Crisis

A $91M Litter Tab

  • $91M | Louisiana’s Annual Bill (+65% since 2010).
  • 34.3% of all litter is branded beverage containers.
  • Louisiana spends $7 on cleanup for every $1 on prevention.

This is not just a cleanup problem. It is a threat to the Louisiana way of life.
There’s a better way.

The Method

We Gamify Litter Prevention

Our Battlefields: The untapped intersections of celebration, commerce, and community. Where we intercept the linear waste stream to launch the regenerative circular economy.

Our Strategy: Turn waste streams into regenerative circular systems that outflank the linear economy.

Our Model: The GWA Method. Brand investments become player incentives, waste becomes points, and community participation becomes coastal capital.

We don’t manage trash. We mobilize ecological assets.

The 2025 Proof

MARDI BAR WARS. We Proved the Battle Plan.

We didn’t just run a pilot. We proved that when you turn waste into a game, people play to win for the coast.

We created the Mardi Bar Wars concept, which was piloted in 2025 through the City of New Orleans’ Recycle Dat Mardi Gras sustainability program.

  • 41,000+ lbs of glass diverted in 5 weeks (138% of goal).
  • 24 bars across New Orleans
  • 55%+ of all material processed by that program.

This proof mandated the next phase: the Glass Wars Alliance a decentralized coalition to Wage War for the Coast.

We have the first 10 Coastal Warriors. Join us. Make it 10,000.

The Lincoln Beach Legacy Blueprint

New Orleans for Lincoln Beach Foundation 501(c)(3), now a GWA member, envisioned a legacy, not a landfill. We have the blueprint, the partners, and the proof of concept. Together, we turn waste into wonder.

FOUR PILLARS OF REVIVAL

THE MONUMENT WORKS | Coast Create
Legacy: Waste becomes iconic public art fabricated with REEFBUDS® biocrete.

THE REEF LABORATORY | REEFBUDS®
Legacy: Waste becomes new marine habitat at the shoreline, creating living classrooms and fishing grounds.

THE SOIL FACTORY | REALCYCLE
Legacy: Organic waste becomes compost then living soil for Lincoln Beach.

THE STEWARDSHIP ACADEMY | RWILD & Allies
Legacy: Training the next generation of coastal guardians through nature‑based and STEAM instruction.
